亚临界锅炉高温腐蚀分析及治理Analysis and Treatment on High Temperature Corrosion of a Subcritical Boiler

摘要(Abstract):
某亚临界锅炉超低NO_X改造后存在着炉内高温腐蚀严重和再热汽温偏差较大的问题,影响了机组的安全经济运行。通过数值模拟计算、烟花示踪试验等方法对上述问题进行研究,结果表明,改造后较改造前炉内煤粉浓度和CO浓度均大幅升高;在实际运行中,中、上层燃烧器层一次风切圆直径较大,某些二次风层各角风量存在一定的不均匀性,二次风喷口角度可能存在偏差。针对上述问题进行燃烧调整后,炉内部分强还原区域CO体积分数显著下降,再热汽温偏差也明显减小。
The serious high temperature corrosion and large deviation of reheat steam temperature after ultralow NOXtransformation for a subcritical boiler affected unit operation safety and stability. Through numerical simulation and fireworks tracing test, the problems above are studied. The results indicate that the coal and CO concentrations increase significantly after transformation; the primary air tangent radii at middle and upper burner layers are high. in actual operation, and the secondary air volume is nonuniform for some secondary air layers and there may be some deviations in the secondary air nozzle angles. Through combustion adjustment, CO volume concentration reduces significantly at strong reduction areas in the furnace and reheat steam temperature deviation is reduced sharply.
