基于焓值计算的直流炉给水控制优化及实践
Optimization and Practice of Once-through Boiler's Feedwater Control Based on the Enthalpy Control Methods

摘要(Abstract):

从焓值控制的原理出发,介绍了焓值控制的特点,并在焓值选取位置对焓值控制的影响、高加出系工况下焓值控制中存在的问题、真空变化对给水控制的影响等方面展开了分析,提出了相关建议和控制策略优化的方向。经过优化后的控制策略在超临界600MW机组上得到了应用,取得了良好的效果,验证了优化后的控制策略完全能满足控制的要求。
The control method for the proportion of combustion rate to water requirement in supercritical oncethrough boiler can be classified into following two kinds:the superheat degree control at the middle point and the enthalpy control.The enthalpy control corrects the steam temperature and related states by controlling the feed water.The paper introduces the feature of the enthalpy control method,and analyzes the influence of the enthalpy sampling position on the enthalpy control,the control problems in the case of the high pressure heater withdrawal,and the amendments with the vacuum to the feedwater.Some suggestions and the direction to optimize the control strategy are introduced as well.The new control strategy were used successfully in some 600 MW unites.
