国产600MW超临界直流机组实现FCB功能的可行性研究

摘要(Abstract):

目前国产600MW超临界直流机组在设计时普遍不考虑快速切负荷(FCB:Fast Cut Back)功能。通过对国内进口机组的调研和对浙能兰溪发电厂3号机组主辅设备的可行性研究,分析了国产机组实现FCB功能的难点,指出实现FCB的关键是FCB信号的正确启动和传递、机组发生FCB后汽机转速的准确控制及小机汽源的稳定、锅炉的低负荷稳燃及FCB后的汽压疏导。通过对机组各个系统的控制策略完善,优化设备联锁关系,对机组的运行调节控制方式及试验风险进行了正确评价,通过可行性研究为该机组实现FCB功能和进行功能试验提供理论支持。
The function of FCB on supercritical unit made inland isn't always considered in project design.This paper analyze the capabilities of main devices and proper difficulties to realize FCB in detail.At the same time,perfect control strategy of FCB wholly.The feasibility research on FCB will be the well-knit support to FCB function realization and venture evaluation.
