摘要(Abstract):

浙江舟山电网稳定控制系统由安装在7个厂站的稳定控制装置组成,当线路过载运行时采取切负荷、切机措施,可防止大面积停电事故的发生。介绍了舟山电网稳定控制系统的功能、策略表实现方法、测试技术和可靠性设计方法,其中组态式策略表实现方法和分布式稳控测试技术为系统控制策略的快速实施提供有力的技术保障。
The stability control system for Zhejiang Zhoushan grid is composed of stability control devices installed in seven substations.When the line is overload running,measures such as load shedding,generator tripping are adopted to prevent large-scale blackout.The functions,decision table implementation method,testing techniques and reliability design method of the system are described.Decision table configuration implementation method and distributed stability control testing techniques guarantee rapid implementation of the system control strategy.
