摘要(Abstract):

介绍了1 000 MW超超临界机组实现100%负荷FCB(快速切负荷)功能的旁路装置、给水泵汽轮机、除氧器、凝结水系统等热力系统配置情况,分析机组FCB工况下发电机带厂用电运行对电气系统的要求,进行100%负荷FCB工况下的工质平衡计算分析,探讨FCB工况下机组启动的整体控制策略及逻辑优化,阐述了FCB功能对主/辅机设备选型、材料和参数的需求,总结了机组FCB功能的经济、安全效益和保障电网供电能力的意义。
This paper expounds bypass device, feed-in pump turbine, deaerator, condensate system and other thermodynamic systems for FCB(fast cut back) in the case of 100% load of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units; besides, it analyzes the requirement of generator operation with auxiliary power on the electrical system in the operating condition of FCB, explains the balance calculation and analyzes entire control strategy and logic optimization of unit startup in FCB. Finally, the paper elaborates on the main and auxiliary equipment,material and parameter requirements in FCB, and summarizes the economic and safety benefits of the FCB function of the unit and the significance of guaranteeing the power supply capacity of the power grid.
