摘要(Abstract):
以北仑电厂三期工程6、7号机为例,介绍了在没有公用系统网络的非常规配置下,由2台机组的DCS控制空压机的设计方法和DCS控制接口的设计变更,以及为优化空压机寿命管理而设计的时间切换程序。工程应用表明,通过模块化的设计方法既节省了DCS的配置,又很好地控制了设备的轮转运行,延长了设备的使用寿命,节约了厂用电,同时也减轻了操作员的工作强度。
The article introduces the design of compressor control without common system, and the design amendment of interface between DCS and local equipments in Beilun power plant, especially the time switch program which is designed for the lifetime management of numerous air compressors, and the time force button which is for the convenience of the operator. The practical operation shows that the design not only saves local sequence controller, but also artfully realizes the automatic switch of numerous air compressors without common network by the modularized method. So the switch operation of the compressor can be controlled well and the lifetime of the equipments can be extended with alleviating workload of operator and saving service power.
