考虑多时间尺度下负荷波动特性的海缆优化选型研究

摘要(Abstract):

鉴于风电场出力的时变特性导致海缆负荷波动,传统的基于最大出力的选型方法过于保守,难以充分利用海缆的传输能力。为此,提出一种新的海缆典型负荷取值方法,基于风电功率预测数据构建海缆波动负荷数据集,并运用最大包络线法和优化聚类法进行数据处理,得到更贴近实际波动特性的海缆典型日负荷曲线,进而结合负荷因子计算出用于选型的典型负荷值。对比分析不同选型方法下的经济效益,结果表明,新方法确定的海缆截面选型在保障线路可靠运行的同时,显著提高了海缆资源利用率,降低了海上风电场建设投资成本,可为海上风电场海缆的经济化选型提供理论支持和实践指导。
Given that the time-varying characteristics of wind farm output lead to fluctuating loads on submarine cables, the conventional cable sizing method based on maximum power output is overly conservative and fails to fully utilize the cable's transmission capacity. To address this, a novel method for determining the representative load value for cable sizing is proposed. Based on wind power forecast data, a dataset of submarine cable fluctuating loads is constructed. Data processing is then performed using the maximum envelope method and an optimized clustering algorithm to derive a typical daily load curve that more accurately reflects the actual fluctuation characteristics. Subsequently, the representative load value for cable sizing is calculated by incorporating the load factor. A comparative analysis of the economic benefits under different sizing methods demonstrates that the proposed method, while ensuring reliable line operation, significantly improves the utilization efficiency of submarine cable resources and reduces the capital investment cost for offshore wind farms. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the economical sizing of submarine cables in offshore wind farms.
