摘要(Abstract):
对失活催化剂进行再生是SCR烟气脱硝催化剂寿命管理的关键措施之一。百万机组检修间隔周期长,检修停机时间相对较短,而SCR催化剂模块数量大,现场吊装拆卸、再生困难较大。华能玉环电厂利用C级检修,在现场顺利完成了化学清洗、活性浸渍、干燥活化等再生工艺步骤,同时还对再生过程中的清洗废水进行了有效处理。再生催化剂经第三方检测,各项性能指标均达到理想水平。
Regeneration of deactivated catalyst is one of the key measures of SCR catalyst lifetime management. Maintenance interval of 1 000 MW units is long; the number of SCR catalyst modules is large; maintenance downtime is relatively short, and onsite hoisting, disassembly and regeneration are difficult. Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant adopted level C maintenance and successfully finished regeneration process steps such as chemical cleaning, active dipping and drying activation. In the meantime, cleaning wastewater in the regeneration process was treated effectively. All the performance indicators of the regenerated catalyst reached the desired level by third-party testing.
