摘要(Abstract):
为解决变压器在线监测装置结果难以判断的问题,设计了变压器状态仿真系统。仿真系统搭建了包含油中溶解气体油箱和局部放电油箱的变压器主体模型,实现了油色谱、局部放电、铁芯接地电流等模拟参量的仿真。借助ANSYS软件,分析了传统油箱加热的温度场不均问题,并提出了一种管道加热方式。通过构建该仿真系统,可以模拟电力变压器的缺陷和异常,从而为判断各类变压器在线监测装置的可靠性奠定基础。
This paper gives a state simulation system for power transformer to solve the problem that the result of on-line monitoring device couldn't be judged.This simulation system establishes the transformer's main model with gas involved oil tank and partial discharge tank,and it achieves the simulation including oil chromatograph, partial discharge,and core grounding current.By means of ANSYS,the paper analyzes uneven temperature field of traditional oil tank heating and proposes a heating mode of pipes.By establishment of this simulation system,defects and abnormities of power transformers can be simulated,and hence foundation can be laid for determining reliability of on-line monitoring devices of various transformers.
