海水反渗透新膜的污染分析及防治措施Analysis and Precautions of Contamination of Reverse Osmosis Membrane for Seawater

摘要(Abstract):
针对乐清电厂1号反渗透新膜在实际运行中出现的问题,进行跟踪分析和诊断,确认微生物污染为主要原因。采用非氧化性杀菌清洗方法对1号反渗透膜进行处理,结果表明清洗之后膜的产水电导率和运行压差明显下降,高压泵耗电量下降4.2%。同时,提出了新装膜预防生物污染的措施与建议,为生产运行提供参考。
Through the tracking analysis and diagnosis to deal with the problems of No.1 reverse osmosis membrane in Yueqing Power Plant,this paper identifies the microbial contamination as the major cause.Treatment of No.1 reverse osmosis membrane is performed by means of non-oxidative sterilization cleaning.The result indicates that it substantially reduces the conductivity of the product water as well as the operating differential pressure after cleaning,and the power consumption of high pressure pump is lowered by 4.2%.This paper also presents the measures and proposals to prevent microbial contamination of this kind of membrane and can serve as a reference for production and operation.
