基于流体分析的并联电抗器局部放电的识别与定位研究
Recognition and Location on Multiple Partial Discharge in Shunt Reactor Based on Fluid Analysis of Chromatogram Data

摘要(Abstract):

针对目前电抗器需要进行内检才能确定放电点个数的问题,基于流体力学以及溶质扩散的相关理论,分析了电抗器内部绝缘油的流型特征,建立了不同位置局放后乙炔的运动轨迹及在线气相色谱信号的变化模型,提出了利用在线色谱数据判断局放点数目和位置的方法,并对实际案例进行了分析。结果表明,乙炔在油箱中的运动主要依赖于油箱中绝缘油的流动,呈现出多阶段的振动衰减变化模式,可以利用乙炔浓度曲线的峰值平台期个数和不同采样口间曲线峰值时间指纹判断局放点数目和位置,并在实际案例中得到了验证。
In order to avoid the number of partial discharge(PD) in shunt reactor must be determined by internal examination, the fluid flow characteristics of insulation oil in the reactor is analyzed based on the hydrodynamics and diffusion theory. The movement track of acetylene and variation model of on-line chromatogram with different PD positions are built in this paper. A new method to determine the PD number and position by employing the on-line chromatogram is proposed. Finally, a practical case is analyzed by using the proposed method. The results show that the acetylene movement is mainly determined by the flow of insulation oil in oil tank and it presents several variation modes with oscillation attenuation. The PD number can be diagnosed through the number of peak platform in acetylene variation curve, and the PD position can be deduced by comparing the peak time finger chromatogram of acetylene variation curve between different sampling ports. Finally, the proposed method is verified by the reality case.
