浙江电网分组交换网络(CEDnet)的方案构想

摘要(Abstract)：
以浙江电力通信、调度自动化系统的现状和发展规划为基础，力求切合实际，从理论性、系统性等方面设计和分析了浙江省三级分组交换网的网络体系、功能、拓扑结构、特点、系统接八方式和性能指标。
On the base of the current aituatbo and development plan of Zheiang electric power communicationand automation spstems, this paper focus on design and analysis of system network architecture, functions,topology,characteristics of Zhejiang electric power system CEDnet, as well as technical approach connectingSCADA and MIS to the CEDnet.
