构筑电力系统实时监测平台的研究Research on Constructing Realtime Power System Monitor Platform

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了适应各种前后端技术与系统平台的稳定可伸缩且高吞吐率的电力系统实时监测平台的构筑。通过基于CIM对电力系统进行数据与业务的建模与封装,保证平台内外对数据与业务能有一致的理解;通过基于CIS实现并开放实时数据的通知、分发、存取与交换接口,使用户不再受限于某一厂商,在由不同厂商系统扩展更新业务应用的同时延续已有的数据与资源;通过基于带完成端口重叠I/OWinsock技术,采用一致的技术融合了前端数据采集、平台数据分发与后端的业务应用。
Some researches on constructing an opened realtime power system monitor platform which can meet with various front-end & back-end techniques while having high scalable and high throughput performance are introduced.To model the data and business of power system based on CIM,can ensure an unity understanding upon the datas and businesses of power system outside or inside the platform;to implementate the opened interfaces based on CIS for realtime datas' informing,distributing,accessing,and exchanging,can prevent the customers from being limited to definite vendors,continuing their datas and resouces when extending or updating their applications;to use the overlapped I/O with completion port winsocket techniques,to integrate the datas,images,videos in front device's acquisition,center platform's distribution,end user's application.
