燃煤发电机组实现全工况脱硝运行的改造策略

摘要(Abstract):

针对日趋突出的环境污染问题及越来越严格的大气排放标准,控制燃煤发电厂氮氧化物的排放总量成为锅炉环保技术发展的方向。通过对现有脱硝技术现状及存在问题的分析,对燃煤发电机组脱硝系统实现全工况运行的5种改造策略,即:两段式省煤器设计、九级加热器、加装省煤器烟气侧旁路及给水侧旁和V-Temp省煤器的技术要点进行了对比分析,为新建和已投运机组采用何种改造策略提供参考。
In view of the increasingly serious environmental pollution and gradually severe atmospheric emission standards, control of NOXemissions of coal-fired power plant becomes the orientation of environmental protection technology of boiler. By analyzing present situation of the existing denitration technology and the problems, the paper compares technical characteristics of five transformation strategies for denitration system of coal-fired generating units under full operating condition, namely dual-economizer, nine orders of heaters,installing bypasses at flue gas side and feedwater side of economizer as well as V-Temp economizer, providing reference for selection of reformation strategy for newly-built units and those in operation.
