高压加热器在线检修期间快速冷却技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

机组运行期间,加热器发生泄漏被迫在线解列检修时,在不改变高压加热器热力系统的基础上,将汽轮机快冷装置加热后的压缩空气引入高压加热器,通过控制快冷装置出口压缩空气温度,对加热器进行快速冷却。使用该技术可以在较短时间内降低加热器金属温度,缩短加热器冷却及抢修时间,使加热器可快速恢复使用。由于加热器快冷技术的使用,加热器冷却过程中的金属内外壁温降速度均匀、温差小,保证加热器金属特性,并避免因加热器冷却不当造成的加热器损坏。
During units operation, the heater has to be disconnected for online maintenance due to leakage.On the basis of not changing thermal system of high-pressure heater, the compressed air heated by fast cooling device is introduced into high-pressure heater. By temperature control of compressed air from outlet of fast cooling device, the heater is cooled fast. The technology can be used to decrease metal temperature of heater in short time and reduce the time of heater cooling and maintenance so that the heater can be resumed sooner. With the fast cooling technology of heater, temperature of internal metal wall and external wall of heater decreases equally with little differences, which therefore ensures metal property of heater and prevents heater damage due to inappropriate cooling.
