改善换流变分接头频繁动作的控制措施研究Research on a Control Measure for Frequent Adjustment of Converter Transformer Tap

摘要(Abstract):
换流变分接头频繁动作易造成分接开关机械损耗,引发直流闭锁,危及直流系统正常稳定运行。基于现有分接头控制策略,深入分析绍兴站换流变分接头频繁动作的原因,提出了全压和降压方式下分接头电压控制死区值分析方法:全压方式下升档死区值由直流最低允许运行电压确定,降档死区值由电压调节器参考值偏移量确定,降压方式下升档和降档死区值均由电压调节器参考值偏移量确定的控制措施。通过工程验证,该措施能大幅改善换流变分接头频繁动作的情况。
The frequent adjustment of the converter transformer tap causes mechanical loss of the tap changer and DC block, jeopardizing the normal and stable operation of the DC system. The paper, based on the existing tap control strategy, elaborates the causes of frequent adjustment of converter transformer tap in Shaoxing converter station and presents an analysis method of tap-controlled deadband value under the modes of full voltage and low voltage; it is found that the deadband value for upshifting is determined by minimum allowable operating voltage under the full voltage mode while the deadband value for downshifting is determined by the offset of the reference value for the voltage controller; under voltage drop mode, however, the deadband value for upshifting and downshifting is influenced by the offset of the reference value for the voltage controller. It is proved by engineering practice that the measure can greatly reduce frequent adjustment of the converter transformer tap.
