考虑蓄电池记忆效应的风光储混合系统控制策略研究

摘要(Abstract):

在太阳能与风能具有天然互补优势的地区,引入储能系统能使风光合成出力更好地跟随负荷波动,平衡两者之间的能量差值,降低系统总成本。利用风光短期预测手段,结合优化的蓄电池储能控制策略,能够保证风光储混合系统高效、可靠运行。在Matlab-simulink中建立了风光储混合系统各子系统模型,提出考虑记忆效应的蓄电池系统控制策略。采用PSO算法,对新疆某实际风电场和光伏电站进行了算例分析。仿真结果表明:考虑记忆效应的蓄电池储能系统控制策略能够有效平滑风光合成出力并提高风光储混合系统经济性,具有较好的实践应用价值。
In areas where solar energy and wind energy are naturally complementary, the introduction of energy storage system can make the wind/solar power system better follow the load fluctuations and balance the difference value to reducee the total cost. By use of short-term wind-solar forecasting method and the optimized energy storage control strategy of battery, the hybrid wind-solar-battery system can operate efficiently and reliably. Subsystem model of the hybrid system is established in Matlab-simulink, and the control strategy of the battery system considering memory effect is proposed. Via PSO(particle swarm optimization) algorithm a practical wind farm and photovoltaic power station in Xinjiang are analyzed. The simulation result shows that the control strategy of the battery system considering the memory effect can effectively smooth the wind-solar power output and improve economy of the hybrid wind-solar-battery system, which has good practical value.
