振动测量仪表受雷击干扰的原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

对循环泵振动测量系统频繁受到雷击干扰的原因进行深入分析,并采取了将测量信号由串行通信传输改为硬接线传输、振动测量卡加装反向二极管、测量系统回路中加装浪涌保护器等整改措施,取得了较好的防雷击干扰的效果,可供参考和借鉴。
Through the cause analysis of vibration measurement system for the circulation pump which is frequently interfered by lightning strikes,the corrective measures are adopted such as the replacement of serial communications transmission with hard wire transmission for measurement signal,the installation of backward diode for vibration measurement card and the installation of surge protective device in the circuit of measurement system.It achieves the desirable effect of anti-lightning protection and can serve as a reference.
