摘要(Abstract)：

为提升基建信息化应用水平,开发了基建管理信息系统应用考核平台,建立了基建管理信息系统项目部标准化模板库,利用基建管理信息系统短信提醒、提示、预警、待办等基建信息化技术辅助新手段,实现了基建管理信息系统单轨制运行全覆盖,保证了基建信息化应用数据准确性、完整性和及时性。
For promoting infrastructure informatization application level, an application and evaluation platform of infrastructure management information system is developed. "Project department standardized template base" of infrastructure management information system and new auxiliary means such as SMS alerts, tips,warnings, backlog and so on are built. By doing so, full coverage of single-railway operation of infrastructure management information system is realized; data accuracy, integrity and timeliness of infrastructure informatization application are ensured.
