摘要(Abstract):
针对某电厂国产600MW汽轮机高压调节汽门运行中多次出现阀杆脱落的问题,从制造缺陷与安装工艺等方面深入分析原因,认为阀杆套底孔加工失误、螺纹加工间隙过大、安装紧力不足等因素是造成汽门阀杆脱落的主要原因,并结合实际给出了行之有效的解决阀杆脱落的办法。
The high pressure governing valve level fall-off occured many times in 600 MW steam turbine of one power plant. After analyzing the reason from two aspects of manufacture and installation, the ultimate causes were advanced, such as the valve lever half machining error, screw thread clearance inaccuracy and tightness deficiency, etc. With some feasible and effectual measures, the problem of valve level fall-off was resolved.
