摘要(Abstract):

智能变电站SCD文件作为全站唯一的系统配置文件,其正确与否、有无变动直接决定了继电保护动作的正确性。重点介绍SCD文件架构内容;提出一种通过提取IED装置的虚拟二次回路连接关系,实现SCD虚拟二次回路的配置描述从分散文本格式到集中图形化展示的转变;在扩建工程中为了保证重新配置后的SCD文件内原有IED装置相关信息没有发生变化,提出不同版本SCD文件差异性比对的原则及方法。
As the only system configuration file of the intelligent substation, SCD(substation configuration description) file determines correct relay protection action by its correctness and unchanged status. Firstly, this paper emphasizes the SCD file architecture; Then, it proposes a method to show the virtual secondary circuits in the SCD file from disperse text format to the graphical display by extracting them from the IED. In order to ensure that the original IED device-related information in the reconfigured SCD file is not changed in expansion project, the paper proposes the principles and methods to compare different SCD files.
