分时电价下考虑舒适度的家庭负荷调节特性分析Analysis of Household Load Regulation Considering Comfort under TOU Price

摘要(Abstract):
传统用电方式及收费方式不仅存在电能浪费,也使得用户的用电成本居高不下,用户参与需求侧管理可在满足用电舒适度的情况下对电能成本进行优化。首先根据调节特性对居民用电负荷分类进行分析,针对不同类负荷设备的特点建立数学模型;然后以最优化电能成本及满足用户用电舒适度为目标,建立基于分时电价的优化模型;最后通过仿真分析验证了在满足用户舒适度的前提下,通过分时电价可以有效节约电费。
The traditional way of electricity consumption and charging not only wastes the power but also keeps the power cost of the users high. The user's participation in DSM can optimize the energy cost under the condition of satisfying power consumption comfort. First of all, according to the regulation characteristics,the classification of the residents′ electricity load is analyzed, and the mathematical model is set up according to the characteristics of different types of load equipment; then, the optimization model based on TOU price is established with the objective of optimizing the energy cost and satisfying the user's consumption comfort;finally, through simulation analysis, it is proved that the electricity price can be effectively saved under the premise of satisfying the user′s comfort degree.
