基于TEM的分层分布式温控负荷需求响应控制策略

摘要(Abstract):

集中式控制策略中,常采用无差别调整负荷群温度运行区间的方式,但往往会造成精确性较低且双向通信频次较多的问题,因此提出基于TEM(温度延伸裕度)的分层分布式温控负荷需求响应控制策略,实现辅助电力系统运行,帮助系统消纳负荷等效果。首先讨论电热泵负荷的热力学模型和负荷群聚合模型,对现有分层分布式需求响应控制策略的决策变量进行改进,进而提出基于TEM分层分布式的需求响应控制策略,最后通过仿真分析,验证策略的有效性。
Undifferentiated adjustment of the temperature operating interval of the load group is usually adopted in a centralized control strategy, which may lead to poor accuracy and multiple frequencies in two-way communication. Therefore, the paper proposes a hierarchical distributed demand response control strategy for temperature control load based on TEM(temperature extension margin) to help power system operation and load consumption. Firstly, the paper expounds the thermodynamic model and load group polymerization model of electric heat pump load and improves the decision variables of the existing hierarchical distributed demand response control strategy and then proposes a hierarchical distributed demand response control strategy based on TEM. Finally, the strategy effectiveness is verified by simulation analysis.
