运用度电成本理论剖析光电项目投资机遇
Analysis of the Investment Opportunity of Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Based on the Theory of LCOE

摘要(Abstract):

运用度电成本理论,提出综合度电成本和综合电价收益测算模型,为太阳能光伏发电项目的投资决策提供新思路。传统发电企业应从企业总体的发电格局出发,利用综合度电成本和综合电价收益模型测算光伏发电项目的投资收益水平,为光伏发电项目的投资决策提供科学依据。
Based on the theory of levelized cost of electricity(LCOE), the paper puts forward a calculation model of comprehensive LCOE and comprehensive electricity income to provide a new idea for the investment decision of photovoltaic power generation project. Conventional power generation enterprises should focus on the overall pattern of power generation and provide scientific basis for the investment decision of photovoltaic power generation project through the calculation of investment income base on the model of comprehensive LCOE and comprehensive electricity income.
