摘要(Abstract)：

提出了采用智能权重分析算法的模糊智能综合评价方法,在一定程度上解决了绩效评价指标权重设置易受主观因素影响的问题。模型中引入了评价指标相对隶属度模糊评价矩阵的概念,解决了绩效评价结果的稳定性、横向和纵向可比性问题。应用结果表明,模糊智能综合评价模型简便、通用,评价结果较为客观和稳定,其方法具有通用性,在电费信用风险管理绩效评价中具有一定的应用价值。
This paper proposes the fuzzy intelligent comprehensive evaluation method,which adopts the intelligent weight analysis algorithm,and solves the problem to some extent that the weight setting of performance evaluation index is affected by subjective factors.The concept of relative membership fuzzy evaluation matrix of evaluation index is introduced in the model to solve the problem of the stability,horizontal and vertical comparability of the performance evaluation results.The application results show that the model is convenient and universal and the evaluation result is objective and stable.The universal method is of value for application in the performance evaluation of credit risk management for electricity charge.
