摘要(Abstract)：

浙江萧山发电厂400MW西门子9F天然气单轴联合循环发电机组,经过设计、组态和调试,实现从设备全停状态到联合循环带60%负荷一键启动以及从额定负荷到设备全停的一键停机功能,具有高度的自动化水平,能实现燃机快速响应。
SIEMENS 9F single shaft natural gas combined circulation unit is applied in Zhejiang Xiaoshan power plant,its boiler is produced by Hangzhou boiler plant,its control system is TELEPERM XP.After one year's design,configuration and commissioning,the unit can automatically start up from all devices stopped to unit running with 60% load after 2 broken points,and it also can shut down automatically from full load to all devices stopped.The APS program comprises the unit coordination control function,sub-group control function and device control function.T start-up process comprises auxiliary system startup,boiler water feeding,steam turbine startup,gas turbine startup.The program controls all the devices and the parameters automatically,and it can incarnate the merit of natural gas combined circulation unit.
