磁元件型故障限流器电网接入技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

随着电力系统输送容量不断增加,电网短路电流水平增长,传统的被动限流措施难以有效降低短路故障电流。通过对磁饱和开关型和磁通约束型2类磁元件型故障限流器的结构分析,研究磁元件型故障限流器的响应特性,并建立统一的响应分析模型。建立单机无穷大分析系统,研究了磁元件型故障限流器的响应特性对短路电流的抑制效果,以及限流器对电网安全稳定性的影响。研究福浙断面投入故障限流器对输电断面输送功率的影响,仿真分析对电网安全稳定性的影响。使用浙江电网数据对磁元件型故障限流器不同接入方案进行分析,得出在短路电流最严重处布置故障限流器抑制效果最明显的结论。
With the increase of transmission capacity of power system and short circuit current level in the power grid, the traditional passive current limiting measures cannot effectively reduce the short circuit fault current. By analyzing the structure of two kinds of magnetic element type fault current limiters with magnetic saturation switching mode and magnetic flux constraint, the response characteristics are studied, and a unified response analysis model is established. A single machine infinite analysis system is established to study the short-circuit current limiting principle, the effect of response characteristics on short-circuit current suppression, and the influence of fault current limiter on the grid safety and stability is also studied. The influence of the fault current limiter on the transmission power of the transmission section is simulated by the Fujian-Zhejiang section, and the impact on grid stability and safety is investigated. The various access schemes of magnetic element type fault current limiter are analyzed via the data of Zhejiang power grid, and a conclusion that the fault limiter at the location where there is the worst short-circuit current can best suppress the fault current is drawn.
