计及需求响应的促进风能消纳电能交易模式研究

摘要(Abstract):

为解决高比例可再生能源接入电力系统导致的弃风问题,提高电力市场中风力发电商的竞争力,需要制定合理的电力市场交易机制。为此,首先分析电网、风力发电商、具有配电网经营权的售电商、负荷聚合商、终端用户间的交易架构与信息交互,通过售电商制定分时电价使用户参与价格型需求响应和负荷聚合商聚合负荷参与激励型需求响应的方式,保障风电完全消纳;其次考虑电力市场下风力发电商与电网之间的竞争关系,以竞争导向定价法确定风电价格。算例分析结果表明,所设定的交易模式可以使风电完全被消纳。
To solve the problem of wind curtailment caused by the high proportion of renewable energy connected to the power system and improve the competitiveness of wind power producers in the power market, it is necessary to formulate a reasonable electricity market trading mechanism. Based on this, this paper firstly analyzes the transaction structure and information interaction among power grid, wind power generation companies, power suppliers with distribution network managerial authority, load aggregators, and users. Then,through time-of-use tariff of power supplies that enables users to participate in price-responsive demand and load aggregation of aggregators in incentive demand response, the complete consumption of wind power is guaranteed; besides, the competition between wind power suppliers and power grid in the power market is considered, and the price of wind power is determined by competition-driven pricing. Finally, an example analysis shows that the set trading mode can achieve complete consumption of wind power.
