沿海可开发岛屿供电方式研究Study on Power Supply Mode of Coastal Developable Islands

摘要(Abstract):
随着经济的快速发展和自然资源日益短缺,沿海县市将由围海造田等近海开发逐渐发展到远离大陆的海岛开发。海岛的合理有效开发离不开安全可靠的电能供应,对此,从岛屿的负荷预测、组网模式和供电方式3个方面展开研究。首先,对不同类型岛屿的负荷特性进行分析,得出不同类型岛屿适合的负荷预测方法;然后,对联网型组网模式和离网型组网模式进行研究,得出不同类型岛屿上配电网适合的组网模式;最后,对联网型和离网型配电网的建设成本、运维成本、供电质量、供电可靠性进行分析论证,得出不同类型岛屿适合的供电方式。
With the rapid development of economy and the increasing shortage of natural resources, coastal counties and cities are transforming reclaiming land from sea to island development afar from the continent.The rational and effective development of islands cannot be without safe and reliable power supply. This paper studies the load forecasting, networking mode and power supply mode of islands. Firstly, the load characteristics of different types of islands are analyzed, and the load forecasting methods suitable for different types of islands are obtained. Then, the integrated networking mode and off-grid networking mode are studied, and the suitable networking modes of distribution networks on different types of islands are obtained. Finally, construction cost, operation and maintenance cost, power supply quality and power supply reliability of integrated distribution network and off-grid distribution network are analyzed and demonstrated to conclude power supply modes applicable to various islands.
