城区变电站优化改造的探索与实践Exploration and Practice of Optimization and Transformation of Urban Substation

摘要(Abstract):
随着城市化的不断发展,城区用电负荷不断加;但土地资源日益紧缺、在城市中心进行常规变电站建设日趋困难,必须考虑一种新的建设模式。结合110 kV路桥和椒江变电站整体升级改造,探索并实践城区旧站优化改造的新模式。通过与常规旧站改造、常规新站建设相比较,优化改造模式有着显著的经济和社会效益。
Urban electrical load has been increasing with the continuous development of urbanization. However, the increasing shortage of land resources makes it growingly difficult to build conventional substation in the city center. So a new construction mode must be considered. In combination with the overall update and transformation of 110 kV Luqiao substation and Jiaojiang substation, new mechanism to optimize and reconstruct the old substations is explored and put into practice. Compared with routine old substation transformation and routine new substation construction, the optimization and transformation mode has significanteconomic and social benefits.
