发电厂SCR脱硝系统数值模拟研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

SCR(选择性催化还原)法是当下最为成熟且应用最为广泛地的发电厂脱硝技术。由于实验研究过程复杂、实验周期长,单纯的实验研究已难以满足脱硝系统变负荷、多工况下的分析,因此,采用计算流体力学软件对SCR脱硝特性进行数值模拟成为当下研究的热门。在总结国内外大量资料的基础上,对数值模拟在脱硝方面的应用进行分类总结,阐述了目前国内外关于脱硝反应动力学模型及流场等方面模拟的研究情况,分析探讨了SCR脱硝数值模拟研究的主要方向以及优化SCR脱硝设计的方法。
SCR(selective catalytic reduction) now is the most mature and widely used denitrification technology in power plants. Due to the complexity of the experimental research process and the long experiment period, it is difficult to satisfy the variable load and multiple operation conditions of the denitrification system.Therefore, numerical simulation of SCR denitrification with computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software becomes a hot research topic. Based on overseas massive research data, this paper summarizes the application of numerical simulation in denitrification and describes the present simulation research on dynamics model and flow field of denitrification both at home and abroad; besides, it analyzes the major research direction and design method of SCR denitrification.
