660 MW机组燃烧器风压与火检信号相关性研究及优化Correlational Study and Optimization on Burner Air Pressure and Fire Inspection of 660 MW Units

摘要(Abstract):
针对某2×660 MW开式环形大风箱前后墙对冲式超超临界锅炉火检信号丧失的问题,对火检系统及锅炉燃烧配风等方面进行研究,发现燃烧器风箱压力与火检的重大相关性,通过优化燃烧器风箱压力控制等措施,提高了机组燃烧及火检系统的稳定性,使问题得到了有效解决。
Aiming at fire inspection signal loss of 2 ×660 MW opposed wall firing boiler with open-type ring bellows, the paper investigates fire inspection system and air distribution for boiler combustion. It is found that burner bellow pressure is correlated to fire inspection. By optimization on burner bellow pressure control,stability of boiler combustion and fire inspection is improved, and the aforementioned problem is solved.
