兰双线故障后系统安全自动装置的研制方案

摘要(Abstract):

500kV兰双输变电设备故障后,可能导致南北通道各线路的严重过载,为确保安全供电,应装设必要的安全自动装置。文中就远方开机和切负荷两种安全自动装置的设计原则、设计方案及其控制策略进行了讨论,并提出可行的实施方案。
It will lead to the overloading of the north-south lines in Zhejiang grid after the transmission and transformation equipment of the 500 kV Laming - Shuanglong line is in accident. In order to supply electric power safely, it is necessary to install some power system security control equipment. This paper introduces two kinds of power system security control equipment, such as cut-off the load of 220 kV Paitou Substation and run the hydropower units remotely. The design principles, design schemes and control laws are here discussed, and the implementary plan for the power system security control equipment is recommended.
