汽动给水泵调门反馈杆断裂事故的分析与处理Fracture Analysis and Treatment of the Regulating Valve Feedback Rod of the Steam Feed Pump

摘要(Abstract):
描述了某发电厂一台单列运行的汽动给水泵低压进汽调门由于门杆和LVDT连接件断裂引起的故障现象及其后续处理过程,通过对整个动态过程的分析,总结了处理该类故障的合理检修方法。同时,通过对控制系统和机械连接件的改进优化,有效预防了类似故障的再次发生。由于调门反馈联杆断裂在运行中时有发生,因此,这类事故的处理方法和预防措施对其他机组有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper describes a fault of low-pressure inlet regulating valve caused by rod and LVDT connector fracture and the following treatment in a single unit of a power plant. Through analysis of the whole dynamic process, this paper summarizes the reasonable maintenance method to deal with such faults. At the same time, through the improvement and optimization of the control system and mechanical connectors, similar failures are effectively prevented. As the breakage of the feedback link of the valve occurs frequently in operation, the treatment methods and preventive measures of this kind of accident have certain reference significance for other units.
