摘要(Abstract):
高压开关设备是电力系统通断回路、切除和隔离故障的重要设备,为了做到故障提前预警,提出利用霍尔传感器对断路器电磁驱动机构线圈电流进行监测,进而判断断路器电磁驱动机构是否存在线圈断线、驱动机构是否存在卡涩等故障;利用位移传感器和加速度振动传感器对断路器触头开距和超程进行监测,并通过多层感知机对断路器触头超程状态自动识别,实现对断路器触头磨损状况的实时监测,且满足供电公司为防止误判需要双验证的要求。经现场测试,高压开关设备机械特性在线监测技术可以做到故障提前预警,对保障供电安全具有重要的意义。
The high-voltage switchgear is a key equipment for circuit switching, fault removal and disconnection. In order for fault prewarning, the paper suggest using Hall sensor to monitor the coil current of the electromagnetic drive mechanism of the circuit breaker to judge whether there is coil breakage or jamming in the mechanism; the displacement sensor and acceleration vibration sensor are used to monitor breaker contact opening and excessive range; through the multi-layer perceptron the excessive range of breaker contact is automatically identified for real-time abrasion status monitoring of breaker contact and double-check for misjudge prevention in power supply companies. It is proved by field test that the online monitoring technology for mechanical characteristics of high-voltage switchgear can achieve fault prewarning and is of significance to power supply safety.
