基于系统测试观点的智能变电站与传统变电站继电保护比较研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对智能变电站与传统变电站内继电保护系统存在的差异,从系统测试的角度对两者及其测试方法进行了比较研究。首先对传统变电站和智能变电站内的保护系统进行建模,比较两者在结构上的共同点和区别点,指出它们的内在联系。然后把2种保护系统视为2个被测对象,从结构和功能上进行分解,分别得到各自最小的被测单元。遵循先单体后整体的原则,建立2种保护系统的测试体系。最后通过比较研究,揭示智能变电站和传统变电站测试思路上的继承性,同时举例说明了智能变电站中特有的测试项目以及测试原理,便于测试人员理解和掌握。建立了传统变电站和智能变电站继电保护系统的桥梁,为全面推广智能站保护测试方法提供了新的思路。
For the distinction of relay protection system between intelligent substation and traditional substation, this paper conducts a comparative study on the difference and testing method in the view of system testing. The protection systems in the two kinds of substations are modeled respectively in the first step so that their structural similarities and differences as well as their inherent relations can be observed. Then, the two protection systems are taken as two testing objects for structural and functional decomposition to respectively get the smallest testing units of their own. The testing system for the two protection systems is established in line with the principle of unit first and entirety following. Finally, the inheritance of testing ideas between intelligent and traditional substation is revealed through comparative study, and some exclusive test items in intelligent substation are also illustrated by taking examples, which facilitates testers to understand. This paper builds a bridge between intelligent substation and traditional substation, and provides new insight for promoting test methods of protection system in intelligent substation.
