分布式储能聚合商参与调频市场竞价策略与协调调度研究

摘要(Abstract):

现有分布式储能聚合商市场策略的研究尚未考虑投标决策与激励定价环节的结合,也缺少不同运营模式下用户侧储能聚合调控能力的分析。针对上述局限性,首先基于分布式储能运营方式、运行成本与经济效益的量化分析,形成峰谷套利和基站备用类型储能的激励价格-用户参与度曲线,并建立了考虑运行模式的用户侧储能可调度容量评估模型。其次,结合用户侧储能可调度容量估计方法,建立了以交易收益最大化为目标的分布式储能聚合商参与调频市场与电能量市场的投标定价联合优化模型。最后,通过算例分析,证明了提出的分布式储能聚合商调频市场竞价策略与协调调度方法能够在保证决策可行性的同时提高聚合商收益。
Existing research on market strategies for distributed energy storage aggregators has not yet considered the integration of bidding decisions and incentive pricing, nor does it analyze the regulation capabilities of user-side energy storage aggregation under different operation modes. To address these limitations, firstly, based on a quantitative analysis of distributed energy storage operation modes, operational costs, and economic benefits, the incentive pricing-user participation curves for peak-valley arbitrage and backup storage for base stations are established, and a model for evaluating the dispatchable capacity of the user-side energy storage considering the operation modes is developed. Secondly, by integrating the dispatchable capacity estimation method for user-side energy storage, a joint bidding and pricing optimization model is established for distributed energy storage aggregators in frequency regulation and electric energy markets, with the goal of maximizing trading revenue. Finally, through a case study analysis, it is demonstrated that the proposed bidding strategy and coordinated scheduling of distributed energy storage aggregators in the frequency regulation market can increase aggregator revenue while ensuring the feasibility of the decisions.
