降低数字化变电站智能终端柜温度的方法
Method of Temperature Reduction for Intelligent Terminal Cabinet in Digital Substation

摘要(Abstract):

500 kV芝堰变在国内首次采用智能终端并就地安装,所有一次设备的信息量均由智能终端采集并通过光纤传至间隔层,智能终端的可靠性关系到变电站的安全稳定运行,由于传统箱体散热效果不佳导致柜内温度过高,使智能终端缺陷发生率居高不下。因此,对智能终端的散热状况进行了分析并提出改进方法。
The intelligent terminals are installed on site in 500 kV Zhiyan substation for the first time in China.The information of all the primary equipments is collected by intelligent terminals and transferred through optical fiber to bay level.The reliability of the terminals is related to safe and steady operation of substations.Due to the inadequate heat dissipation of traditional cabinets,which leads to overhigh temperature inside,the defect rate of intelligent terminals remains high.This paper analyzes the situation of heat dissipation and provides improvement method.
