摘要(Abstract):
介绍了发电机模态测试的原理、方法以及评价标准。根据浙江省内投产的多台1 000 MW发电机定子端部绕组进行的模态测试情况,发现均存在100 Hz附近的椭圆型振动频率,应当引起用户的重视,加强端部绕组的检查,必要时在线棒等处加装振动探头,实时监测线棒的振动,防止运行中出现线棒松动掉落事故的发生。
This paper introduces measurement and analysis for mould of the end winding on 1 000 MW Generator Stator.Some good suggestions on preventive measures of resonant vibration are given.Principle of hammering test,test methods as well as the standards of evaluation for the mould measurement of 1 000 MW large generator stator are introduced here.
