摘要(Abstract):

对300MW亚临界锅炉启动初期发生的末级过热器爆管事件进行分析,排除长期超温过热和水塞过热的可能性后,得出氧化皮脱落堵塞过热是爆管的主要原因,并给出防范的建议。
This paper analyzes the tube failure that happened at row 41 of final superheater twice during the early startup process in 300 MW subcritical boiler. The reason of tube failure is that iron oxide skin blocked tube. Some suggestions are given to prevent the accident.
