嘉兴电网分层分区协调控制AVC系统的开发和应用

摘要(Abstract):

无功/电压控制是地区电网运行中一项主要任务。基于嘉兴电网的调度运行管理现状,提出了一种基于分层分区协调控制AVC系统的模式。系统体现了分层递阶的控制思路,并很好地适应了地区电网无功控制分层分区平衡的基本原则。目前,该AVC系统已基本开发和构建完成,开环运行已经取得了较好的效果,闭环运行后将进一步提高嘉兴电网无功电压的控制和管理水平。
Var/voltage control is a main task for regional power grid. According to the current situation of the operation and management in Jiaxing power grid,an AVC system based on the layering partition control mode is proposed,which incarnates the thought of hierarchical control,and well follows the basal principle of hier-archical and regional balance for reactive power control in regional power grid. Now the software development and the hardware construction of the AVC system have been completed,it has been attained good effects during open-looped operation,and the level of the management and control in var/voltage will be promoted when the system is closed operation.
