复杂电网条件下的集中式新能源发电主动控制探讨

摘要(Abstract):

分析实际电网特性差异对新能源发电主动控制的需求,介绍主动控制在其他行业应用的情况,讨论主动控制的内涵及外延,进而提出考虑电网、电站(群)与设备在不同时间尺度协同的集中式新能源发电主动控制框架。加强电网、电站(群)与设备的信息交互,可以实现不同对象在不同时间尺度的协同;准确评估电站(群)与设备的运行状态,有助于电网调度部门更加合理制定运行策略;掌握电网调控需求,有助于电站(群)与设备结合自身运行状态,主动适应电网运行状态变化调整控制策略并整定参数。最后,依托所提出的框架对新能源发电主动控制的发展及应用进行展望。
The paper analyzes active control of renewable energy due to power grid characteristics difference,introduces the application of active control in other industries, discusses the connotation and extension of active control, and brings forward an active control framework of centralized renewable energy generation based on multi-time scale coordination of power grid, power station(group) and equipment. Enhancing information interaction among power grid, power station(group) and equipment can enable them to coordinate with each other at different timescales. Exact evaluation of the operating status of power station(group) and equipment helps dispatch center lay down a more reasonable operating scheme. And the grasp of dispatch requirement of power grid helps power station(group) adapt to the operation status change of power grid, adjust control strategy and set the parameters based on its operation status. Finally, the paper looks to the development and application of active control of renewable energy generation with the backing of the proposed framework.
