大运行体系下AVC系统省地县三级协调控制模式的研究Study of Province-Prefecture-County Coordinated Control Mode of AVC System in Large-scale Operation System

摘要(Abstract):
提出"大运行"体系下AVC系统省地县三级协调控制模式,指出实现协调控制的关键技术,以温州电网实际运行效果验证协调控制模式的可行性和有效性,应用成果表明该方案可以有效地实现省地县三级协调控制,整合优化三级电网资源,提高电网的可靠性和电压稳定性。
The paper introduces Province-Prefecture-County coordinated control mode of AVC system in Large-scale Operation system and presents key technologies for coordinated control implementation.The feasibility and effectiveness of coordinated control mode is demonstrated by its application in Wenzhou power grid.The result of the application showed that the scheme can enable province-prefecture-county coordinated control,integrate and optimize grid resources in the three levels and improve grid reliability and voltage stability.
