GIS壳体角焊缝的相控阵超声检测方法

摘要(Abstract):

针对GIS壳体角焊缝的检测问题,提出一种相控阵超声检测方法。通过CIVA软件的超声仿真模块对角焊缝检测进行仿真,结果表明,通过2组参数设置能够实现角焊缝声场全覆盖和典型缺陷的有效检出。对GIS角焊缝进行相控阵超声检测试验,结果表明,该方法可以检测出角焊缝内部的各种类型缺陷,并能以图像的形式直观显示检测结果,实现了角焊缝质量的有效检测。
This paper proposes a phased array ultrasonic testing method for testing of fillet weld of GIS shell.The fillet weld testing is simulated via ultrasonic simulation module of CIVA, and the result shows that full coverage of fillet weld sound field and the effective detection of typical defects can be achieved by setting two parameters. Phased array ultrasonic testing method is used for fillet weld of GIS shell, and the result indicates that the method can detect various defects within the fillet weld and reflect the detection result with images to achieve quality detection of fillet weld.
