母管制背压式热电联产机组除盐水泵变频控制的应用

摘要(Abstract):

在母管制抽汽背压式热电联产机组中,除盐水泵的稳定供水与协调控制是机组安全运行的重要保障。针对工频除盐水泵在运行时满足恒压供水与响应外网流量变化存在频繁操作、调节效率低、耗能大等问题,对变频控制进行可行性研究与节能分析,提出了一种工频除盐水泵与变频除盐水泵相结合的控制策略。以变频除盐水泵稳定除盐水母管压力,保证恒压供水,配合工频除盐水泵满足外网流量变化。通过某新建发电厂4台机组的应用,表明该控制策略既能满足恒压供水,又能降低除盐水泵能耗,同时,还可以获得较大的经济效益。
The stable water supply and coordinated control of desalting water pump are very important guarantees for the safe operation of bus-piping back-pressure CHP units. Aiming at frequent operation, low regulation efficiency and significant energy consumption during satisfying stable pressure water supply and responding external flow change of power frequency desalting water pump, the paper proposes a control strategy that combines power frequency desalting water pump with variable frequency desalting water pump. The variable frequency desalting water pump is used to maintain bus-piping pressure and so as to ensure constant pressure water supply to cooperate with power frequency desalting water pump to satisfy external flow change. According to the application of 4 units in a new power plant, this control strategy can not only satisfy the constant pressure water supply but reduce the energy consumption of the desalting water pump. Meanwhile, it can obtain great economic benefits.
