摘要(Abstract):

利用显著性差异分析手段对浙江电网在运的220 kV和110 kV COT型套管的介质损耗、电容量及油色谱等数据进行统计分析,以判断其绝缘的整体及异化情况。选取电网运行中存在显著性差异的110 kV COT型套管作为试品,进行冲击耐压及热稳定试验,并将局部放电量、介质损耗因数、工频耐压水平和油色谱情况这4个电气参量作为衡量设备绝缘的状态量,结合套管解体及仿真分析结果,找出设备故障的主要诱因,并给出处理对策。
Based on significance difference analysis method this paper statistically analyzes the dielectric loss,capacitance, oil chromatography data of 220 kV and 110 kV COT transformer bushings in service to estimate the whole situation and alienation of the insulation. The 110 kV bushings with significant difference during the operation are selected for impulse voltage withstand test and thermal stability test; in combination with the disintegration and simulation of the bushing, four electrical parameters such as partial discharge, dielectric loss, power frequency withstand voltage level and oil chromatography are taken as the state quality of the insulation to induce the cause of the failure and proposes solutions.
