摘要(Abstract):

针对35 kV断路器跳合闸线圈易烧毁问题研发了一种线圈测控保护装置,该装置利用单片机系统控制测温模块和电流检测模块实时测量线圈温度和线圈电流,实现线圈过温保护和线圈长期通流保护,当合闸线圈通流时间超过设定值时,使用大功率开关模块断开线圈回路,并借助实时时钟模块记录故障时间和通过液晶显示,达到保护线圈和记录线圈故障信息的目的。
The tripping coil of 35 kV breaker is frequently burned out. Therefore, a coil measurement and protection device is developed. The device uses single-chip microcomputer(SCM) system to control the temperature measurement module and uses current detection module for real-time measurement of coil temperature and coil current, for the purposes of overtemperature protection of coil and long-term throughflow protection. In case the throughflow time exceeds the set value, high-power switch module is used to disconnect the coil loop and real-time clock module is used for fault time record and LCD display so as to protect the coil and record coil fault information.
