基于全景信息扫描的智能变电站远动装置遥信配置快速校核技术
A Quick Verification Technology for Remote Signal Configuration of RTU in Intelligent Substation Based on Panoramic Scanning

摘要(Abstract):

针对智能变电站远动装置的调控信息联调工作传统调试方法存在的弊端,讨论了远动信息联调工作的核心,通过深入研究站内不同数据源信息之间的关联关系,同时依托IED仿真技术、SOE时间和104地址的唯一性等条件提出了一种针对远动装置全站遥信配置的快速校核技术方案。开发了由IED仿真工具、模拟主站工具、多数据源离线处理工具等模块组成的智能站远动信息智能调试系统。经工程应用实践,提出的远动装置遥信配置快速校核技术实现了远动信息联调工作的离线化、机器化和记录可溯源,极大提高了调试效率,相应开发的调试工具具有较高的可行性和可靠性。
In view of the disadvantages of the traditional debugging methods of the regulation and control information combination of intelligent substation remote terminal unit(RTU), the core of the telecontrol information linkage is discussed. By in-depth research on relationship between the different data sources in the substation and based on the IED simulation technology, the uniqueness of SOE time and 104 address, this paper puts forward a fast verification technology scheme for remote signal configuration of RTU in substation.At the same time, the intelligent remote information debugging system is developed, which is composed of IED simulation tool, simulation master station tool, multi-data source off-line processing tool and so on. Engineering practice shows that the proposed rapid verification technology for remote signal configuration of RTU can realize off-line and mechanized combined information debugging and make the record traceable, which greatly improves the debugging efficiency. The corresponding debugging tools are highly feasible and reliable.
