摘要(Abstract)：

为解决电网规划中的大量不确定多属性决策问题,将区间分析方法引入多属性决策中,研究了基于区间的不确定多属性决策问题,并将其应用于电网规划方案综合评判决策问题中。通过案例,介绍了运用不确定多属性决策模型进行综合评判决策的内容和详细步骤。案例研究表明,文中的方法原理清晰,计算简单,可用于解决电网规划中的诸多综合评判决策问题。
For solving uncertain multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problems in power system planning,this paper studies the interval-based uncertain MADM method and its application in power system planning,by introducing the interval analysis method into MADM.A case is provided to explain the MADM contents and detailed steps using the decision model.Case study suggests that the proposed method in this paper is clear in principle and simple in calculation,so it is suitable for solving many of the MADM problems in power system planning.
