变压器油温保护误动原因分析及对策Analysis and Countermeasures of a Transformer Oil Temperature Protection Malfunction

摘要(Abstract):
通过一起主变压器油温保护误动事故的分析,发现BWY-804L6F17型温度计设计不合理形成积水区以及油温保护回路不合理等问题。提出了温度计防进水措施,并完善了跳闸保护回路,保证即使出现单个温度计接点进水受潮情况时油温保护也不会误动。
By analyzing the accident of a transformer oil temperature malfunction,some unreasonable design problems existed in the BWY-804L6F17 type thermometer and the oil temperature circuit which caused the accumulation of water were found.In this paper,an anti-water measure for the thermometer are proposed to improve the protection trip circuit.The countermeasures ensured the oil temperature protection not to be malfunction even if a single-contact of thermometer was affected with water or damp.
